About us:
The 25 acre Casa Nova estate is located about half an hour from Perugia, on the South-facing slopes of the Niccone Valley. The Garden House sits in its own private gardens on the estate, surrounded by apple orchards, olive trees and woodland and has its own pool (11m x 5m). It is tranquil and very private without being isolated. To see where Casa Nova is, click here.
By holidaying at the Garden House, you will be helping to fund our work in bringing the estate back into sustainable, small-scale organic production. Casa Nova SRL is a limited company (“Società a Responsibilità Limitata”) and an “agriturismo” under Italian law, owned by an English couple. Its full title is Società Agricola Casa Nova SRL. (Partita IVA, Codice Fiscale and CCIAA inscription number: 01764240519; N. REA CCIAA di Arezzo 137529.) The registered address for legal purposes (sede legale) is at the office of our accountant in Sansepolcro:
